Scaling Security with TVL

It's essential to scale network security with its total value locked(TVL). Although the BFT consensus requires only 1/3 of validators to be malicious for an attack, the permissioned KYB validator set greatly reduces this risk.

To further raise the threshold for compromising the chain, Rizenet established a baseline plan to increase the minimum number of validators based on TVL growth.
